Terms of Service & Policies
Client Definition:
A “client” and/or “clients” refers to any player or family member acting in the capacity of player guardian/parent if under 18 years old.
Communication Policy:
Client(s) understand that text and email are the official means of communication between coaches, parents and players. Please reserve text, social media messengers and DMs for quick questions or day of training matters. For optimal ways of communications we ask client(s) to text first and email coachhusby@gmail.com second.
Cancellation Policy:
We have a ‘24 hour cancellation policy’ which means Client must notify Special Teams Football Academy LLC within 24 hours of training time/date of a potential cancellation to allow for time for another client to fill spot or you will be charged half of the lesson fee. As a courtesy we ask that you give us at least 2-3 days notice for any cancellation or time/date changes so that we can rearrange our schedule as needed. We understand unforeseen illness and emergencies do happen, and for those instances, please contact us to discuss rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy. Client will be allowed 1 reschedule date/time within 3 weeks of missed appointment. No shows without communication prior will result in client paying for the lesson or use of prepaid credit.
Training Payment Policy:
All payments are due before or at the time of lesson or camp. We accept cash, check or pay by credit or debit card using our online secured ‘SquareUp’ Card Swiper, Venmo or PayPal account. Client(s) understand they responsible for paying for training packages in full at the start of the package. Potential payment plan arrangements can be made between Special Teams Football Academy and Trainee.
Sibling Policy:
Special Teams Football Academy reserves the right to develop special family packages to ease the burden of paying for multiple siblings training simultaneously.
Extreme Weather Policy:
Client(s) are aware that at times extreme weather events may impact time/date/place of training and flexibility may be required on the part of client(s) and staff when such events occur. Extreme weather may include but is not limited to as heavy downpours, thunder, lightening, hale, extreme heat, extreme cold, tornadoes, blizzards or other unforeseen weather event. Client(s) recognize that training may still occur in less ideal weather conditions and are expected to prepare appropriately. Should weather cause training to be cancelled, all possible efforts will be made to reschedule training within 1-2 weeks of cancellation.
Media Policy:
Clients acknowledge that their image, name and school may be used in Special Teams Football Academy promotional materials including but not limited to social media, website, print and advertising materials.
